β’ Bachelor's degree β’ Deep understanding of the Customer Success function β’ Industry experience as referenced in the Summary section is required β’ Incredible precision, attention to detail, and organizational skills β’ 3+ years of customer success experience β’ Demonstrated experience in presenting complex data in understandable ways to address customers' business questions β’ Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly β’ Entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter who is internally driven to make an impact on both the customer and a growth-directed organization β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects β’ Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
