📋 Description

• Founded in 2004, Anatomage is a world-leading health care technology company. • Anatomage offers 3D medical imaging software and hardware for diagnosis, treatment planning, customized surgical devices, and anatomy education in both the dental and medical industries. • As an Application Specialist, you will primarily be working on customer engagement and experience within the Anatomage Table team. • We are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking Application Specialists to train customers both virtually and in-person on Anatomage products; prepare training resources and activities to be used in the classroom; thoughtfully answer customers inquiries and support questions; and gather helpful customer feedback to improve the quality of our products. • This specific role will also spend their time working on other internal projects such as contributing to software testing, creating videos for our marketing teams, and other projects that may arise surrounding the Anatomage Table. • The ideal candidate has a passion for customer success with a degree in Biology, Chemistry or any other related sciences with some experience in Anatomy & Physiology. • This person must have strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. • This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to participate in next-generation 3D anatomy visualization. • Product training and demonstrations (up to 25% travel required to customer sites) • Develop product contents and activities for customers • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues • Provide on-call product support for US customers in Southeast and Southwest time zones

• Strong software and technology knowledge • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to speak with educational instructors and medical professionals and ask intelligent questions • Customer Outreach • Problem solving skills • Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision • This role requires travel approximately 25% of the time to customer sites • Tutoring or teaching experience • Experience in sales or customer service • Experience in the medical or dental industry • Familiarity with anatomy • Experience with technical support • Genuine customer empathy, eager to learn and assist • Bachelor's degree in Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry or any other related sciences • 2+ years of professional experience
