📋 Description

• As a Member of Anchorage Digital's Regulatory Relations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our compliance with the evolving regulatory landscape of the digital asset industry. • This involves tracking and interpreting regulatory reporting requirements and ensuring timely and accurate submissions of all reports. • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a robust compliance framework. • You will coordinate internal efforts to ensure all regulatory examination requirements are met and submitted. • Interact with regulators to address inquiries with timeliness and accuracy, demonstrating our commitment to compliance. • Success in this role requires understanding digital assets and blockchain technology. • Excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a leading digital asset custodian.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with regulatory reporting requirements, compliance frameworks, and exam management procedures. • A deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology. • Extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape governing digital assets (including BSA/AML, KYC/CDD, and OFAC sanctions). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey complex regulatory issues to diverse stakeholders. • Technical proficiency in areas like cybersecurity and digital asset custody is a plus. • A basic legal background in financial services and data privacy is a plus.
