🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products. • Knowledge of financial and crypto products. • Ability to define strategy and solve complex challenges across iOS and Web. • Ownership of the design process, thinking holistically. • Deep understanding of usable, accessible modular designs. • Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments. • Experience partnering with product managers and engineers. • Ability to give and receive feedback to guide other designers. • Special combination of creative, humble, detail-oriented, self-aware, curious, thoughtful, and tenacious. • Compelling portfolio of high-quality design work.
