📋 Description
• The Manager of Design Services leads the design and user experience practice for Maritz digital products. • This role involves leading a team of designers, researchers and front-end developers, • setting design standards, and ensuring that products meet user needs and business goals. • Responsibilities include leadership, strategy, and collaboration with product management and engineering.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI and UX design. • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma or other prototyping tools. • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
