• 5+ years of experience in UX design, user journeys, process improvement, or interaction design. • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex user needs into structured, actionable design solutions. • Experience identifying UX-focused metrics and KPIs and developing reporting mechanisms for usability and engagement insights. • Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro). • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
