• Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. • The company is funded by leading institutions including Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa, with its Series D valuation over $3 billion. • The Strategic Finance team is a critical driver of growth and efficiency at Anchorage Digital. • As a Strategic Finance Lead, you will be a key player in defining and driving our aggressive growth targets, navigating the complex and evolving digital asset landscape. • You will play a crucial role in developing financial frameworks, performing sophisticated analyses on revenue growth drivers, per unit economics as well as market and industry trends. • This role offers high visibility and direct impact on Anchorage’s trajectory, collaborating closely with the Head of Strategic Finance and cross-functional leaders across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance, preferably within the technology or financial services industry. • Strong financial modeling skills and experience building complex financial projections. Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial planning software is essential. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets and draw actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. • MBA or other relevant advanced degree. • Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools. • Experience with Netsuite, Pigment and Salesforce. • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
