β’ We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our team. β’ As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various search engine platforms. β’ Develop and implement effective paid search strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. β’ Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign targeting. β’ Set up and manage paid search campaigns within search engine advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and others. β’ Create compelling ad copy and ensure it aligns with search intent, incorporates relevant keywords, and drives click-through rates. β’ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance and ROI. β’ Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements. β’ Track and report on key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA). β’ Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging paid search practices.
β’ Proven experience as a Paid Search Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency. β’ In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others. β’ Proficiency in campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. β’ Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize campaign performance. β’ Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and other advanced paid search tactics. β’ Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. β’ English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present data-driven insights.
