Description

β€’ We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our team. β€’ As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various search engine platforms. β€’ Develop and implement effective paid search strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. β€’ Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign targeting. β€’ Set up and manage paid search campaigns within search engine advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and others. β€’ Create compelling ad copy and ensure it aligns with search intent, incorporates relevant keywords, and drives click-through rates. β€’ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance and ROI. β€’ Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements. β€’ Track and report on key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA). β€’ Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging paid search practices.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Paid Search Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency. β€’ In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others. β€’ Proficiency in campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize campaign performance. β€’ Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and other advanced paid search tactics. β€’ Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. β€’ English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present data-driven insights.
