📋 Description
• Every day, ANDRITZ continues to deliver successful innovative solutions to our customers globally. • Under the general direction of the Vice President-O&M, responsible for day-to-day operational backup support, troubleshoot & maintenance of a hydro power plant. • This candidate will have to work independently under minimal supervision & be comfortable in working with client’s team, conducting analysis to highlight areas for improvement. • The candidate should also be experienced in erection / commissioning / maintenance of hydro power plants of at least 50 MW capacity. • Write the purpose for which the job exists: The day-to-day operational backup support of a large hydro project. • Accountable for the healthiness and troubleshoot of Plant Electrical System; working knowledge of Automation system; maintenance & troubleshoot of electrical panels, instruments and equipment installed in Turbine, Main Inlet Valve, Oil Pumping Station, etc. • Manages the maintenance team to ensure compliance with all appropriate local, state applicable laws and regulations. • Provides emergency 24-hour on-call emergency support for plant needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Qualification: Regular B.E. / B Tech Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Power Engineering from reputed government, private, autonomous institiute recognised under AICTE, New Delhi. • Overall 05 - 10 years of experience in a hydro power plant out of which a minimum 02 - 05 years' of experience in maintenance of Plant not less than 50 MW capacity. • Should have experience of erection / commissioning / installation / O&M in hydro power plants of 50 MW capacity. • Adept at managing maintenance of various equipments for reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment. • PREFERRED: Microsoft office tool MS Projects.
