Description

• Develop and oversee the strategic direction of Andros’ consulting services. • Drive value to clients through consulting delivery. • Partner with the Commercial Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Develop proposals and lead presentations to clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align consulting services initiatives with business needs. • Oversee the delivery of consulting services engagements, ensuring alignment to project deadlines. • Design and facilitate engagements with clients to improve their networks and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business administration or related field. • Master’s Degree preferred. • Proven experience (5+ years) in client-facing consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including provider network management is preferred. • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams with strong organizational and project management skills. • Exceptional client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strategic client relationships. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to identify and leverage new opportunities and technologies.
