β’ Angeion Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Support Engineer to join our IT team. β’ Responsible for providing advanced technical support to user base, resolving complex issues. β’ Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. β’ Requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. β’ Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support position. β’ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. β’ Familiarity with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, Firewall configuration, Data Protection, and Backup procedures, and Information Security best practices. β’ Experience with networking troubleshooting and configuration. β’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
