Description

β€’ Angeion Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Level 2 Support Engineer to join our IT team. β€’ Responsible for providing advanced technical support to user base, resolving complex issues. β€’ Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. β€’ Requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support position. β€’ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. β€’ Familiarity with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, Firewall configuration, Data Protection, and Backup procedures, and Information Security best practices. β€’ Experience with networking troubleshooting and configuration. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
