Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA license preferred • 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience • Strong technical skills with experience using Excel and SQL • (nice to have) Experience using the tools we use: Netsuite and Ramp • Experience in designing and implementing tech-forward accounting solutions • An accounting athlete, comfortable in a startup environment where your day is often different one to the next • A systems thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity • Passionate about creating outstanding, tech-enabled finance processes
