📋 Description

• Angi is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our People Ops team. • This role will lead Compensation and Equity, focusing on strategic compensation initiatives, planning cycles, and providing leadership and guidance to our Equity Analyst. • Your work will help contribute to Angi’s continued development of our compensation programs and structures as we continue to scale our services to the business.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, ideally with experience in equity administration. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience. • You’re a strong cross-functional partner, with experience working closely with HRBPs to support and advise their business leaders. • Strong data management skills, analytical skills, and ability to interpret and communicate insights from data. • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets - including the use of pivot tables and formulas to connect disparate data sources. • Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Familiarity with equity administration tools (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Certent) is highly preferred; experience with Shareworks is a plus. • Knowledge of securities laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles related to equity compensation (e.g., ASC 718).
