We can’t wait to welcome you. •The Strategy & Operations Manager for the Office of the CEO will play a critical role in supporting the CEO & senior staff, responsible for owning special strategic projects, conducting market research and business analysis, and preparing leadership and board presentations. The Strategy & Operations Manager will be part of discussions on strategic initiatives, market trends, and business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Strong academic achievement in both liberal arts and quantitative disciplines strongly preferred •2-5 years in role involving business strategy & operations: management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy or operations in a fast-paced environment •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail critical. Ability to concisely convey complex information •Experience conducting market research and data analysis with ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights; strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets •Experience creating executive-level presentations. High standards for quality and accuracy •Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of driving initiatives from conception to execution •Intellectually curious with the humility to learn and adapt •Proactive, self-starter with consistent record of delivery against deadlines
