Description

• Our Associate Head of Content role partners with customers to produce high impact strategies and manage content program for B2B SaaS companies. • Create and optimize content strategies for customers with input and guidance from your Head of Content (your manager) • Create and manage content calendars that align with a customer’s content strategy • Generate impactful ideas and craft comprehensive briefs for content pieces, ensuring a robust pipeline of engaging material that supports overall strategic goals • Manage and assign work to freelancers and in-house writers, executing tasks such as preparing briefs, tracking due dates, reviewing work, and giving feedback to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time • Report on the results of the content delivered against the strategy created for our customers each month • Research, outline, and write thoughtful and high-quality content that fuels marketing campaigns, including blog posts, ebooks, social media content, webpages, blog posts, and email copy • Assist in business development and cross-team collaboration • Support cross-functional collaboration by volunteering for projects that improve processes or drive innovation, as time and primary responsibilities allow

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing for B2B companies in high-growth environments • 2+ years of client-facing, account management experience at a B2B marketing agency or within a B2B in-house marketing team • Demonstrated experience creating and executing content strategies, tracking performance, and achieving high-impact results • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of content reporting tools and metrics, including GA4, Ahrefs, Clearscope, Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog, and others • Understanding of distribution channels for content, including search, social, and email
