Description

• We seek a highly skilled and motivated Developer Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. • This role is crucial in supporting developers across all the blockchains Asphere provides RPCs for, primarily through virtual channels with strategic in-person engagements. • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in nurturing our developer community and fostering the organic growth of the Asphere ecosystem.

Requirements

• Located in the European time zone • Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, Web3 development, and RPC protocols, equivalent to 5+ years of professional experience • Proven track record of supporting developers and contributing to the growth of developer ecosystems in the blockchain space • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in building or supporting decentralized applications (dApps) and working with smart contracts • In-depth understanding of multiple blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, Solana) and their respective development ecosystems • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly grasp and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • Demonstrated ability to create engaging technical content, tutorials, and documentation for developer audiences • Experience in conducting technical workshops, presentations, and developer training sessions, both virtually and in-person • Proven ability to build and nurture developer communities, with a track record of turning users into advocates • Familiarity with community management tools and techniques • Willingness to travel for approximately four week-long events per year • Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize various industries
