• The Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across all departments. • This includes extracting and communicating vital information from client requests. • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for each stage of a project. • Distribute work equally and fairly amongst all stakeholders. • Cultivate healthy relationships with all staff and clients. • Provide regular updates on progress and address any concerns or issues that arise. • Manage incoming client requests efficiently using the project management system. • Develop a comprehensive timeline for each project and ensure all team members are informed of their roles. • Oversee the work of all team members to ensure effective collaboration. • Manage project budgets and track billable hours. • Identify and mitigate potential project risks. • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client satisfaction. • Proofread and review all projects for error-free delivery. • Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and communication. • Maintain project documentation and report workflow to management. • Seek feedback and implement process enhancements to optimize practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management. • Agency experience is a plus. • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and strategists. • Proficiency in project management software like Basecamp, Slack, Asana, or other similar programs. • Understanding of basic relationship management skills. • Understanding of branding principles and strategies. • Knowledge of design and production processes. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
