📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track, on budget. • Engage with clients to understand project scope and objectives. • Assign work to team members, contractors, and external partners with clear deadlines. • Track project progress, addressing challenges to meet deadlines and objectives. • Ensure projects stay within financial limits and address deviations. • Identify and address project roadblocks or delays. • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clients. • Coordinate across various teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. • Foster a positive, collaborative environment within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience with a strong marketing background in areas such as social media, PR, advertising, event management, etc. • Familiarity with marketing strategies and channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) is highly desirable. • Ability to craft compelling content and effectively communicate project goals and strategies. • Excellent planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables. • Highly driven with the ability to work independently and without supervision. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow protocol and coordinate across teams. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus. • Acute attention to detail in deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
