Description
• Passionate about technology and business • Identify customer needs and match them with the right technical solutions • Analyze, design, build, test, document, and deliver the right solutions • Work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Customers • Build trust and confidence through effective interactions • Write and validate user stories, analyze acceptance criteria • Demonstrate knowledge of D365 CE first-party apps • Lead stakeholder sessions for requirements gathering, demonstrations, training • Stay updated on developments and licensing conditions of D365 and Power Platform • Challenge stakeholders on needs, processes, and design • Assist in project governance by adhering to scope • Identify and communicate opportunities and scope changes
Requirements
• Deep understanding of deploying and configuring D365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service • Proven experience in configuring D365 solutions • Experience in mapping business processes and requirements against native D365 capabilities • Demonstrable skills in configuring basic Power Automate Flows • Perform quality assurance by verifying documented functional requirements • Confident in facilitating business mapping, requirement gathering, training, and product/solution demonstrations • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other requirement/backlog management tools
