Description

β€’ Provide exceptional technical support for products and services β€’ Conduct Tech Calls for non-tech-savvy patients β€’ Guide patients through using Android tablets β€’ Verify RPM devices and ensure accurate data transmission β€’ Assist patients in joining Zoom meetings β€’ Help clinical team set up equipment β€’ Handle Tech On-Call duties β€’ Collaborate with Engineering Team β€’ File issues and requests using GitLab and Azure DevOps β€’ Present and take notes on technical meetings

Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in customer support β€’ Expertise in Android Tablets, Samsung Knox Suite β€’ Proficiency in managing Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone β€’ Familiarity with medical devices β€’ Knowledge of Athenahealth preferred β€’ Familiarity with issue tracking software and remote support tools β€’ Understanding of technology systems, particularly Google Workspace β€’ Positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent English language skills β€’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Healthcare setting experience advantageous
