• AnswerRocket is pioneering the future of data analysis through our GenAI-powered analytics platform and consulting services, enabling organizations to solve complex data challenges. • The Senior Client Manager leads our client relationships, delivery teams, and strategic account development. • This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and maintaining our reputation as a leader in GenAI consulting. • Client Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional client teams. • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. • Delivery Team Management: Oversee multiple project delivery teams. • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of GenAI solutions. • Collaborate with technical leads to address challenges and optimize processes. • Client Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts. • Proactively address client needs and concerns. • Account Planning and Execution: Create and implement strategic account plans for assigned client portfolio. • Set and achieve revenue targets for each account. • Monitor and report on account performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 6+ years of experience in client management, preferably in AI, software, or consulting industries • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and their business applications • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of growing client accounts and meeting revenue targets • Strong communication and leadership skills with a willingness to travel (up to 50%). • Consulting experience at top-tier firms (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.). • Expertise in AI/analytics for enterprise clients (e.g., NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling). • Experience with Fortune 500 clients and complex data projects. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry or client experience is a huge plus!
