• Responsible for managing Labor Relations in Germany • Act as company representative towards the works council • Conduct consultations and negotiations with works council • Draft collective agreements and guidelines • Negotiate collective agreements independently or with stakeholders • Build and provide training on collective labor matters
🎯 Requirements
• HR or Law degree or relevant professional experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Labor Relations • Profound experience in working with works council(s) • Affinity to IT tools and systems • Team player in a matrix-organization • Strong communication and negotiation skills • High level of professionalism and discretion • Structured and results-oriented • Open-minded, flexible, solution-oriented, and creative • Fluent in German and English • Willingness to travel occasionally
