📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer to join our development team responsible for building and maintaining Ansys Web Components —our internal component library. • This shared UI library is used across the organization to streamline development, ensure consistency, and align with the Ansys Design System in terms of User Experience, Design, and Accessibility. • This role would be great for an experienced senior looking for a new and interesting challenge or a mid-level developer who feels ready to take the next step in their career. • As a Senior Angular Developer, you will have the unique opportunity to work on enablement software, helping internal product teams build applications quickly and efficiently. • Maintain consistency with the Ansys Design System. • Our component library includes both simple components (e.g., buttons, avatars, icons) and complex components (e.g., tables, trees). • Our mission is to ensure all components meet the following standards: Well-documented, easy to use and configure, accessible, performant and efficient, maintainable with automated tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 year of relevant experience (front end development). • Advanced knowledge of modern Angular (we use Angular 17+). • Experience architecting and building reusable UI components (Component-Driven Development, Atomic Design Methodology). • Understanding of automating repetitive tasks (we use GitHub Actions). • Strong background in test automation (we use Jest and Cypress). • Familiarity with quality development practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD). • Experience with Web Components or React is a plus. • Proficiency with SASS for styling.
