📋 Description

• Oversees the design, development, and go-to-market strategy of several premium capabilities in the Teaching & Learning portfolio. • Researches, defines, prioritizes, and communicates product requirements. • Is the go-to person for questions related to the premium capabilities. • Works closely with product design, engineering, marketing, sales, and support. • Defines go-to-market pricing and field enablement strategy. • Maintains awareness of trends in education and technology, as well as competitive positioning. • Requires approximately 25% travel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 12-15 years of prior related experience • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams including building collaboration and consensus among diverse teams of peers, experts, and senior management • Ability to work in an ever-changing, collaborative, dynamic environment • Demonstrated ability to effectively work through conflict to meet objectives and maintain strong relationships across teams with different work styles and personalities • Ability to effectively deal with a certain degree of ambiguity/autonomy and capable of making sound business decisions • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • Fluency in written and spoken English
