📋 Description

• Perform Student Success interviews • Perform onboarding related tasks • Ensure relevant data is entered into multiple recruiting systems in a prompt and accurate manner • Reviewing resumes and selecting qualified candidates to interview • Scheduling and conducting professional interviews and making new hire recommendations • Collecting, managing, and filing of personnel related paperwork to include new hire paperwork • Creating offer letters, background check submissions, and administering new hire package through Emptrust • Performing follow-up to ensure that paperwork is returned in a timely and accurate manner • Validating and entering HR data for domestic equipment shipments • Responding to routine inquiries from candidates outside the company, such as next steps in the hiring process; ensuring applications are updated • Performing routine weekly data reports on onboarding and hiring metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to conduct different types of interviews • Experience with recruitment processes and databases • Experience with various applicant tracking systems • Good decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience using MS Office, Excel, Word, OneDrive • Strong attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information • You must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift • Your home workspace must have DSL, Cable, or Fiber Internet that is hardwired into a modem/router via Ethernet • Minimum download speed 15 Mbps. • Minimum upload speed 5 Mbps and Ping less than 100 ms (Dial up, Wireless, or Satellite internet service cannot be used) • Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment • Preferred skills/qualifications: Contract completion, Team collaboration, College degree or some college completed with equivalent experience, Willingness to learn quickly, Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
