Description

• Global Payroll Administrator overseeing payroll function across many regions • Processing payroll for 17 global entities across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions • Understanding and explaining the tax impact of different pay elements such as bonuses, commissions, and benefit deductions • Ensuring all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and supporting related internal and external audits • Reconciling payroll entries to invoices and input banking entries to ensure timely payment of payroll related items • Working directly with Global Payroll Vendor and in-country payroll providers to troubleshoot issues and drive initiatives to streamline processes • Overseeing preparation of payroll related documents and maintaining compliance with record keeping • Working closely with Human Resources and Benefits teams to ensure employee data is received to meet payroll processing deadlines • Preparing and maintaining regular and ad hoc reports on payroll information for other departments

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above • University degree in Human Resources or a business-related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Basic knowledge of payroll practices and principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive, highly organized and detail oriented • Desire to collaborate with team members across several organizations, ask questions, and research to understand how to best respond to internal clients • Proven ability to modify and adjust individual approach and delivery to fit specific situations • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment • Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information • Ability to be agile and navigate change • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Office 365 • Prior experience working in a global organization on a geographically dispersed team • Experience with ADP Celergo or UKG OneView
