📋 Description

• Who We Are • At Anza, we're at the forefront of blockchain technology, developing the Agave client to enhance the Solana — a blockchain designed for rapid growth without compromising security or scalability. • We pioneer advanced developer tooling to meet the evolving demands of decentralized applications. • The Role • As the Developer Relations Lead for Agave, you’ll be the go-to person for the primary Solana validator client's community of users, validators, and core developers. • You will help key stakeholders understand changes made to Agave, notify them of upcoming upgrades and how it may impact their application, validator, or business, and otherwise work with the community to understand their needs for Agave. • You will also work with the core development team to provide documentation and content, navigate the SIMD process, and coordinate amongst other client teams, reporting on performance and other key metrics for Agave.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in Developer Relations in a fast paced tech environment or similar role • Scrappy, low ego, self motivated, looking to dive right in • Previous experience developing and leading workshops, presentations, community talks, and engaging the validator and developer communities • Knowledge of and passion for the Solana and Web3 ecosystems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially technical writing) • Familiarity with Rust preferred

• The salary range for US-based candidates will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience, skill, and location. • Candidates should anticipate an annual base salary (not including incentive compensation or other benefits) of $150,000 USD to $275,000 USD.
