Description

• Apella is applying computer vision, machine learning and natural language processing to improve the standard of care in the most critical aspect of healthcare: surgery. • We’re looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Manager to lead our customers through the design, configuration, and implementation of Apella’s data interfaces. • You’ll be the primary technical point of contact, working directly with customers and vendors to plan, execute, and track interface projects that ensure Apella’s solutions meet customer needs. • You’ll collaborate closely with clients to define new product requirements, manage project timelines, and bring valuable insights to our product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with customers to build data interfaces. • Strong expertise in interface development for electronic health records • Knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. • Familiarity with EHR capabilities in surgical scheduling. • Proven ability to create and maintain data dashboards for tracking customer progress. • Experience with sales enablement and processes for cloud-based software or SaaS. • Skilled in creating and managing project and test plans. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high degree of empathy and an ability to work with diverse clients and organizations. • Experience with SSO requirements and testing client user accounts. • (Nice to haves) • Background in Epic or Cerner integrations. • Proficiency in tools like Excel (including writing queries and running reports) and Metabase. • Experience in comparing and validating scheduling data across systems to ensure accuracy.
