Description

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met • Maintain clear, precise, and empathetic communication with clients, account managers, supervisors, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project • Participate in and collaborate on requirements gathering, understand client needs, and serve as the primary point of contact with the technical team • Assist in creating proposals and supporting business development efforts • Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients- serve as the Company’s primary face to existing and newly on-boarded clients • Monitor project performance and provide updates to clients and internal leadership • Identify risks and escalate them to management for resolution • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and allocate resources necessary for each project • Act as a facilitator to resolve any issues that arise within the project team • Prepare closure reports, analyze project outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement • Identify and present additional value opportunities to clients, contributing to the growth of existing accounts and the expansion of our services

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish • 4+ years of IT project management experience • Experience working in the healthcare software market or similar IT services business is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication • Organized, methodical approach to maintaining up-to-date project documentation and reporting • Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies of project management • Experience in the use of Jira or any other issue- and project-tracking platform • Experience with Gantt charts, technical PM documentation, and software architecture diagrams
