• 5+ years in growth marketing with a strong focus on managing B2B client campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Search. • Proven track record in delivering measurable results in B2B growth marketing and client relationship management. • Experience leading cross-functional teams, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. • Data-driven approach to strategy and performance improvement, with expertise in monitoring metrics and optimizing campaigns. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and influence decision-makers. • Familiarity with best practices for creative development in digital marketing. • Experience working in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment is a plus.
