Description

• Our Sr. Solution & Growth Strategist Provider Market will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales pipeline, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets • This position requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in enterprise software sales, particularly in the healthcare technology sector • This executive will be responsible for their own direct sales efforts, selling a portfolio of MedeAnalytics’ products and services to providers in their territory • In this role, this individual will be charged with developing and managing new accounts and sell within all levels of an organization utilizing solution-selling techniques • The individual must be a highly motivated, experienced healthcare IT sales professional with notable expertise in the healthcare sector • Must have the proven ability to prospect, develop and manage new accounts

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultative selling of SaaS-based technology & capabilities to the provider healthcare information technology industry • A strong understanding of technology such as data activation, data fabric, public cloud, EMR integration, interoperability, and visualization/analytics solutions (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a significant plus • Ability to consult on and then construct innovative capability-based deals • Ability to analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and design sales strategies to maximize revenue • Ability to utilize analytical & visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau & PowerBI to analyze prospect and industry data preferred • Demonstrated sales track record of exceeding a multi-million-dollar annual sales quota • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred • Strong executive presence and self-confidence to represent MedeAnalytics effectively in various forums • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • A service ethic characterized by high energy, a positive attitude, and the commitment to exceed expectations • Competitive Spirit.
