📋 Description
• Drive Clutter’s strategic initiatives and growth efforts • Conduct market analysis and develop strategies for resource allocation and geographic expansion • Lead and execute special projects aimed at achieving growth targets • Design, implement, and assess pilot projects to test new ideas and strategies • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup business strategy, or operations • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working collaboratively in a team environment • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus • Familiarity with logistics, storage, or moving industries is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
