• Join Headway's mission to revolutionize mental health care accessible to all • Design and launch new experiments to extend the referral program • Work with a dynamic cross-functional team to create new product features • Be responsible for channel goals while optimizing existing channel tactics • Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new segmentation strategies • Develop strategy and best practices for engaging users across segments • Track and analyze program performance, identifying opportunities for optimization

Requirements

• 4-6+ years experience as a growth marketer or operator in high-growth environments • Empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center • Data-driven, loves to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities • Thrives in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment with experience launching experiments • Excited by the opportunity to own end to end initiatives, from high level strategy to hands-on execution • Proven track record of setting targets and creating a strategic framework to consistently meet them • Experienced in working with cross functional teams • Experience with referral programs, B2B, and/or marketplaces (a plus)
