Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ 12+ years of experience in a marketing function, with 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy or performance marketing capacity β€’ Deep understanding of creative A/B testing β€’ Experience with a variety of paid social channels, particularly Meta β€’ Proven track record of driving measurable conversion or revenue results β€’ Experience working directly with creative team members across both internal and external agency teams β€’ Analytical mindset and ability to identify data-informed insights
