Description
• Strategic oversight of the client funnel with the goal of maximizing new client volume. • Guides key elements of the overall partner experiences that impact growth opportunity with local and regional referral partners. • Seeks new opportunities for organic growth in adjacent service channels.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required. • Master’s degree or additional relevant degrees or credentials a plus. • Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of previous experience, with demonstrated success, in roles focused on business growth. • Previous experience in the home care or health care industry is valuable, but not required. • Experience in leading and managing a team. • Proven track record of developing successful market strategies.
