Description

β€’ The Ecosystem Lead drives strategic partnerships and consulting initiatives within our Growth Services (GS) division. β€’ This role combines deep blockchain expertise with strategic consulting to help partners achieve their growth objectives through data-driven solutions. β€’ Deliver strategic consulting services to blockchain partners, focusing on growth strategy and ecosystem development. β€’ Design and execute comprehensive growth programs leveraging our analytics platform. β€’ Lead strategic planning sessions and provide expert guidance on ecosystem expansion. β€’ Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that demonstrate value creation and strategic progress. β€’ Drive data-driven decision making through analytical insights and recommendations. β€’ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions. β€’ Create and present strategic recommendations to partner leadership teams. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across partner ecosystems. β€’ Lead narrative development and strategic positioning for partners. β€’ Design and implement ambassador programs to drive ecosystem growth. β€’ Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within partner communities. β€’ Provide thought leadership and market insights to partners. β€’ Develop strategic frameworks for measuring and optimizing partner success. β€’ Guide partners through strategic pivots and growth initiatives. β€’ Own the QBR process, including strategic analysis, recommendations, and executive presentations.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of consulting or strategic advisory experience, preferably in blockchain or data analytics β€’ Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and ecosystem dynamics β€’ Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights β€’ Excellence in strategic thinking and problem-solving β€’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities β€’ Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders β€’ Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes β€’ Self-motivated with strong project management capabilities β€’ Experience in growth strategy consulting for Web3 projects β€’ Background in data analytics or business intelligence β€’ Understanding of community-driven growth models β€’ Experience with token economics and incentive design β€’ Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in blockchain analytics β€’ Experience integrating AI solutions into growth strategies and operational workflows
