Description

• At Apiture, our mission is to empower financial institutions to know and serve their clients with the care of a traditional community institution at the scale, speed, and efficiency required in today’s digital world. • This position works in a deep level technical environment, resolving and providing solutions to customer problems. • They communicate with internal and external organizations to resolve problems whilst maintaining full ownership. • The successful candidate works in a fast-paced environment and will be required to be a part of an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Shift: Monday through Friday from 8a to 5p ET. • We have offices in Wilmington, NC and Austin, TX and while some positions are office based, we will also consider remote candidates in our preferred time zones of CST/EST.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience. • Ideal candidate has knowledge of banking and experience in a support role. • 2-4 years of experience in retail- customer supporting roles. • Understanding of SQL and experience with independent research. • Work in a fast paced environment and use critical thinking to prioritize. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Create documentation and flow charts to improve existing processes or define new ones. • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
