• The Client Success Leader is responsible for managing the relationship and ensuring value delivery for assigned clients. • This client-facing position is responsible for managing the client contract and overall client satisfaction. • Cultivate and bolster strategic, trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients and understand their business needs. • Act as client’s representative to drive internal decision-making and agendas related to the needs of customers. • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client portfolio goals are attained and exceeded. • Develop strategic plans for future client scope expansion and growth as well as exceptional delivery and service to customers. • Produce and facilitate client-facing review presentations in person or via teleconference. • Support client contracting efforts and monitor solution performance.
• 5+ years of previous experience in client success / account management utilizing a consultative approach to managing complex customer relationships • Strong Healthcare industry experience, specifically in the health plan or provider sector, with payment integrity program knowledge preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively engage, influence, work collaboratively and gain trust with all levels of internal and external organizations • Strong organizational skills and capability to drive multiple, simultaneous projects to completion • Ability to manage and develop financial forecasts and manage clients to revenue goals • Demonstrated ability to work independently but also possessing strong team mentality • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability and willingness to travel • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including video conferencing
