Description

β€’ We are seeking a Bookkeeping Specialist to join our fast growing Professional Services department. β€’ Serve as a full charge bookkeeper to our mid market customers. β€’ Collaborate with customers to ensure accuracy of their financial records and exceptional customer experience. β€’ Manage full cycle of bookkeeping services for multiple customers concurrently, including data entry and reconciliations. β€’ Deliver an average billable utilization of 70%. β€’ Maintain a high customer net promoter score (9 or 10). β€’ Adhere to established processes to ensure robust financial controls are in place. β€’ Identify areas for process improvement and knowledge-sharing with teammates.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping β€’ A college degree in accounting, finance or business β€’ Knowledge of accounting principles β€’ Experience with Aplos or other accounting software is a bonus β€’ Proficient in computer skills, with strong command of Microsoft Excel β€’ Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to work efficiently with strict deadlines β€’ Familiarity with non-profit/church bookkeeping practices β€’ Proven experience working in a team oriented environment β€’ Strong attention to details
