Description

• We are seeking a Bookkeeping Specialist to join our fast growing Professional Services department. • Serve as a full charge bookkeeper to our mid market customers. • Collaborate with customers to ensure accuracy of their financial records and exceptional customer experience. • Manage full cycle of bookkeeping services for multiple customers concurrently, including data entry and reconciliations. • Deliver an average billable utilization of 70%. • Maintain a high customer net promoter score (9 or 10). • Adhere to established processes to ensure robust financial controls are in place. • Identify areas for process improvement and knowledge-sharing with teammates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping • A college degree in accounting, finance or business • Knowledge of accounting principles • Experience with Aplos or other accounting software is a bonus • Proficient in computer skills, with strong command of Microsoft Excel • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work efficiently with strict deadlines • Familiarity with non-profit/church bookkeeping practices • Proven experience working in a team oriented environment • Strong attention to details
