📋 Description

• As the DeFi Marketing Lead, you will lead all marketing efforts to position the Superchain as the premier destination for DeFi. • You will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive adoption and growth across the ecosystem, ensuring that opportunities unique to the Superchain are understood and embraced by partners, developers, and users alike. • The DeFi Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, including conducting user and developer research. • Success in this role will be measured by high-signal metrics like growth in TVL across the Superchain’s DeFi ecosystem, measured month-over-month and tied to marketing campaigns, and number of developers adopting Superchain Interop tools like SuperchainERC20. • You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product, devx, partnerships, BD, and communications, to bring your strategic vision to life. • As a key contributor to the overall growth and success of the organization, you will have a direct impact on the trajectory of the protocol and the broader ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Ethereum, its values, and its ecosystem. • Exceptional research skills • Deep understanding of DeFi concepts, blockchain technology, and the Ethereum ecosystem. • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies, especially in a highly technical or competitive market. • Creative and strategic thinking, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies that align with technical product features. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, essential for working with cross-functional teams and diverse audiences. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform and optimize campaigns. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns from start to finish. • Experience working with developer audiences and creating marketing strategies for technical products is a strong plus.
