• Experience as a full-stack engineer focusing on backend systems & infrastructure • Worked on engineering teams driving growth, user engagement, or product innovation • Comfortable with ambiguity and identifying opportunities for business impact • Proficient in one or more programming languages: Kotlin, Rust, or Java • Strong sense of ownership and a collaborative attitude with cross-functional teams • Bonus points for experience with developer-facing tools or building SaaS products
