• Support global compensation program and recurring reporting deliverables • Collaborate with Compensation Manager and Total Rewards team • Advocate for Apollo.io’s compensation strategy • Support compensation review programs and budget allocations • Partner with Talent Acquisitions for offer reviews • Perform ad hoc analyses of market data • Own submission of compensation surveys • Review global compensation bands and recommend updates • Interface with Finance, People Technology & Talent Acquisition teams • Own analyses and reporting on attrition and performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field • 3+ years of progressive experience in a compensation, finance, or related role, ideally within the technology industry • Experience with global compensation or finance practices • A high level of comfort working with advanced models in Excel and GSheets. • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly • Collaborative energy, able to work cross-functionally. Including with executive leadership • Extremely detail-oriented, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality • Familiarity with compensation-related software and tools (Pave & Radford)
