Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development • Proven track record of leading frontend teams or projects delivering high-quality code • Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, Vue • Experience in building and maintaining complex frontend platforms or libraries • 2-4 years' experience in people management, ideally mentoring senior engineers • Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment • Strong communication skills for providing feedback and motivating team members • Experience working with product managers and designers for alignment • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences • Experience with user research and usability testing • Ability to balance technical considerations with user needs • Experience making trade-offs between short-term gains and long-term technical debt • Skill in identifying reusable components while maintaining flexibility
