📋 Description

• Lead and inspire the design team • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product experiences • Ensure design excellence and set a high bar for quality • Oversee the end-to-end design process • Champion design best practices and creativity • Work with product managers and engineers to align vision • Balance feature needs with foundational UX • Serve as a thought leader in 'Win and Close' space • Inspire and manage a team of talented designers • Mentor designers in their career development • Align design strategies with business outcomes • Collaborate with technical teams for scalable solutions • Play a key role in scaling the design team • Shape long-term vision for design within the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role • Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across various products and platforms • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders • Ability to align design strategies with business goals and technical constraints • Experience mentoring and developing designers • Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process • Excellent communication and leadership skills
