• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role supporting technical leaders and leading global HRBP teams. • Demonstrated success in influencing and collaborating with senior leaders, including C-Suite executives. • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with experience leveraging engagement, performance, and market data to inform decisions. • Expertise in addressing organizational challenges, driving engagement initiatives, and enabling leadership development. • Proven ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and implement scalable solutions in a high-growth environment. • Transparent communicator with a solutions-focused mindset and a sense of urgency. • Ability to move quickly while considering broader impacts and longer-term goals.
