Description
• Provides compliance support to the People Team • Supporting mature oversight culture in compliance with employment regulations • Analyzes employee and candidate data to identify trends • Conducts employment-related monitoring and audit procedures • Supports processes to maintain standardized records and documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of human resources experience • Working knowledge of HR auditing practices and knowledge of Federal, State local laws governing employment practices • Experience supporting an enterprise background check program preferred • Licenses/Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred
