• Remote HRIS Specialist role at Vantage Data Centers • Responsible for administration and maintenance of People systems (Workday) • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of People data • Provide technical support and data analysis for People & Culture strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HRIS-related projects

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience working with Workday required • Experience in HRIS data management, HR support, HR reporting, and analytics • Strong ability to create advanced reporting in Workday • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel • Strong organizational and project management skills • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement • Customer-focused with a passion for enhancing employee experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
