Description

• Responsible for maintaining and improving HR reporting processes • Liaising between analysts in managing report requests • Performing ad hoc analysis using various data sets • Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university • 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience • Workday experience, required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Moderate to advanced MS Excel skills • Familiarity with basic formulas and pivot tables • Experience with Power BI/Tableau, SAP, and ETL Tools preferred
