• The HRIS Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining, improving, and building new reporting capabilities • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time • Liaise between other analysts managing reporting catalog and ad hoc requests • Conduct ad hoc analysis using data from various systems • Participate in testing for Workday changes including upgrades and implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics or related field • 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Workday experience required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Moderate to advanced MS Excel skills • Familiarity with basic formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. • Ability to learn new technology and business logic quickly • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment • Excellent multitasking and time management skills • Ability to travel if necessary
