β’ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics or related field β’ 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience β’ Workday experience required β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Moderate to advanced MS Excel skills β’ Familiarity with basic formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. β’ Ability to learn new technology and business logic quickly β’ Superior analytical and problem-solving skills β’ Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment β’ Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment β’ Excellent multitasking and time management skills β’ Ability to travel if necessary
