Description

• Handle visa and work permit applications and renewals • Act as a liaison with our immigration vendor • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations and company policies • Work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll and legal departments • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the relocation process • Act as a liaison with our relocation provider • Follow and enable global mobility strategies, policies, and procedures • Conduct pre-departure and post arrival briefings for relocating employees • Understand tax equalization and compensation adjustments • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Stay updated on global mobility trends and best practices • Resolve issues related to employee relocations • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2-5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration or related HR role • Strong knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and tax regulations • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and project management skills • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong understanding of cultural differences and their impact on relocations • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
