📋 Description

• Appcues is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Finance & Operations to lead our finance and operations team and elevate our financial planning, forecasting, business intelligence, revenue operations and operational finance capabilities while ensuring continued excellence in controls, governance, and corporate secretarial responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles at high-growth SaaS or technology companies specifically in going from $20-100m in ARR • Expertise in FP&A, forecasting, BI, operational finance, revenue operations, and business operations—with a strong grasp of SaaS metrics and growth levers. • Experience driving cross-functional operational roadmaps and aligning systems and processes to improve business outcomes. • Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance. • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach—able to dive into details while driving high-level initiatives. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
